Got this so I could control my bedroom lamp with voice commands, and it paired with the app in under two minutes. The Bluetooth connection has been rock solid so far, even from the other side of the apartment. Perfect for lamps where a smart bulb just won't fit.
Was skeptical it would work with my old floor lamp, but pairing it with the Hue app took less than a minute and now I can yell at Alexa to turn it off from bed. Bluetooth range is solid enough from the living room, which is more than I expected for the price.
